Wyoming Bear finds lost GoPro, makes incredible own movie

I’ve seen some amazing bear moments over the years, but maybe this is the best of all. A Wyoming bear found a lost GoPro and the recovered film is nothing short of amazing.

Here’s a quick description shared on YouTube of how it happened:

This GoPro had been in the snow for a long time. When I finally found it I loaded it up and couldn’t believe what I saw. After four months of rest there, a big, old black bear found it and not only managed to light it up, but also started recording while playing with it. By far the craziest thing I have seen!

No wonder I saw this video almost immediately trend on Digg and other video sites on the Internet.

By the way, this is what the inside of a bear’s mouth looks like if you’ve never been close enough to see it in person.

It also looks like it could be the Steven spielberg bear because he has a knack for cinematography, as seen in this Wyoming tree line photo.

Some comments on YouTube question whether the camera was intentionally left where the bear could find it or whether the video was faked. The video certainly does not seem rigged to me. It also seems that approaching a GoPro to a bear is highly unlikely and downright dangerous.

This bear’s natural moments in the wild are better than anything I’ve seen on Netflix … ever.
