No Way Home Fan Art used to promote the film


Movie chains CMX Cinemas and Inox Cinemas announce Spider-Man: No Way Home ticket sales featuring fan-designed artwork promising multiple Spider-Men.

Two movie chains promote online ticket sales for Spider-Man: No Path Home with fan-created artwork that openly advertises the film’s alleged inclusion of alumni Spider Man actors Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.

Marvel Cinematic Universe Mainline Third Line Tickets Spider Man the film recently went on sale, and fans are flocking to movie theater websites in spades to grab their passes to see No way home later this month. However, some theaters’ ticket sites use less than official artwork to promote the upcoming film. North American movie theater chain CMX Cinemas and Indian movie theater chain Inox cinemas used editings made by fans of No way home promotional material to advertise their tickets. Ads screenshots, captured by The Direct, the two show Maguire and Garfield in costume as their respective versions of Spider-Man alongside the current Spider Man actor Tom Holland, fueling rumors and speculation that the three actors will unite onscreen in the film.

CMX Cinemas, which operates across the United States, used a banner image for its Spider Man ticket sales screen that reuses the top half of an unofficial poster by a designer at CHG Studio. In addition to Maguire and Garfield, the full poster includes Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio and Charlie Cox’s Daredevil, all four of whom have yet to be officially confirmed to appear in. No way home. CMX has since removed the fan art from its website.

Conversely, Inox Cinemas always uses a No way home poster to advertise its ticket sales at the time of writing. The poster, which was originally edited and shared by Instagram user Zerologhy, adds the previous two Spider-Men to a No way home poster pitting Peter Parker against Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock and Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin.

When tickets for Spider Man went on sale on Cyber ​​Monday, fans flocked to the ticketing services in such numbers that they caused several websites to crash. Reports have since confirmed that No way home the number of domestic sales before release is the second highest in history, beaten only by Avengers: Endgame in 2019. At the beginning Spider Man screenings are now so in demand that some tickets have appeared in listings on secondary markets like eBay for prices of up to $ 25,000.

Since the start of production the Spider-Man: No Way Home, numerous rumors, reports and leaks have indicated that Maguire and Garfield will appear to reprise their roles as Sam Raimi Spider Man trilogy and The Amazing Spider-Man series, respectively. Marvel, Sony and other official sources have declined to confirm whether the actors will return or not, and Garfield himself has repeatedly denied his involvement. However, the Fandango ticket service recently took a look at the speculation, even recruiting Holland for a promo that nods at Team Spider-Man theory.
