Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Anurag Thakur said: “We are looking for India’s most creative minds of tomorrow – 75 creative minds. It’s a unique opportunity ”

There will be a competition for young filmmakers who will participate in the 52nd Indian International Film Festival (IFFI) in Goa next month, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting said.

“Hello young Indian filmmakers, here is your chance to be one of the 75 creative minds of tomorrow and attend the 52nd India International Film Festival,” the ministry tweeted.


Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Anurag Thakur said: “We are looking for the most creative minds of India of tomorrow! 75 creative minds under 35. A unique opportunity.

He shared the link for the competition as well as the entry form for it. October 30 is the deadline for form submission.

IFFI will provide a platform for young filmmakers to connect with those established in the industry.

The ministry said creative filmmakers will be invited to interact with industry leaders and attend masterclasses at the festival. “They will be selected by competition for young filmmakers from across the country,” he said in a statement. He added that the competition aims to give 75 creative people the opportunity to showcase their talent at the event.
