Penrith Mayor Tricia Hitchen said she was delighted to see another new series of events at St Marys where the community is invited to enjoy free, family-friendly activities, right in the heart of the town centre.
“Penrith City Council supports and encourages the creation of new events that bring our community together for fun and enjoyment,” said Cr Hitchen.
“The St Marys Cinema Series is a great activity for families who want to enjoy a free night at the cinema while enjoying the company of friends, neighbors and family. After the success of the St Marys Lights Up series of events in May, it is such a boost for the community to organize safe and inclusive activities that people of all ages can take part in.
The St Marys Cinema begins with the Spooky Cinema on Friday October 28 from 6-9pm, followed by the Spring Cinema on Saturday November 19 from 6-9pm and ends the series on a festive note with the Christmas Cinema on Saturday December 17 from 6pm at 21h.
